This hotel is located in a very upscale part of central district 1, near a broad lawn with a theatre and the luxurious Rex hotel to the right (a rooftop dinner at the Rex is a must) and on the left many excellent restaurants. This part of HCMC has a much more peaceful atmosphere than the backpacker's centre, which is only 5 minutes away by taxi cab. The hotel was built in May 2007 and it has a clean and well maintained look. The rooms are tastefully decorated with oak wood furniture and trendy chairs in the lounge.
